Paris Hilton has parted ways with another of her best pals, but this time it’s family. In a move of shallow selfishness, Paris has given up her dog, Tinkerbell, because the poor little Chihuahua has grown too big. Don’t worry for the pup; she’s being taken care of by Mrs. Hilton, now. (Obviously Paris was not a proper mom.) Paris replaced the doggie with a younger, smaller Chihuahua, Bambi (which will inevitably grow, as well, dumbass heiress).
Paris Hilton is pure evil. She wants a pet merely to look cute while in her arm. I sincerely hope she does not have children with herself, I mean Paris. I’m sorry, I got confused, she’s “in love” with them both.

Jessica Simpson has debuted her denim line for plus sizes. The sized 12-24 jeans are available at Avenue stores for $58.
In the same PEOPLE article that posted this quick bit of news, there was some juicy info on the fashion from The Dukes of Hazzard. Whether I appreciate the fashion quality of the film’s wardrobe or not, I do enjoy reading this much detail about clothing.
“It’s the cornerstone of the whole look. We started with dozens of cuts of jeans, colors, fits. We cut them off, washed them to give them a raw edge and then Jessica walked into trying on 25 pairs,” Tyrrell tells the Associated Press. “All her wardrobe fits into one box because everything is minuscule.”
Compared to what Catherine Bach wore on the original ’70s TV series, Simpson’s pants sit lower on the hips, but the “hem” actually looks a tad bit longer than the shorts that hit Bach above her hip bone.
The hem on the front part of the thigh arcs up, then it arcs down around the hips into a downward curve in the back to help keep the rear of the shorts in place. “When they’re hanging on a hanger, they’re minuscule,” Tyrrell says.
Simpson also wears a wallet and chain that clips to her belt – a custom-made leather one with a floral pattern, AP reports.
Also, while Bach added a little extra nylon sheen to her legs in the TV series, Simpson goes bare. At the foot of it all: red leather sandals with ankle straps and gold-colored spike heels.
“They’re not just hot,” Tyrrell says, “they’re tough (and) all things you could’ve gotten in Hazzard County.”

When Lindsay grew out of her ten-year-old freckles, she grew into not only a beautiful young lady, but a taste for style. She experiments and wears the best of the best - sometimes.
One thing she does, while usually looking stunning - is wear sophisticated styles beyond her years. The lass looks great, and there’s usually no issue with overt sexually, in these looks. My peeve is that it’s a bit mature and out of step with the other aspects of her teen queen-bee image.
The actress gets non-juicy roles in vacuous films which don’t demand the talent she actually has. And while this girl is always either fashionable or trendy (there is often a difference), she doesn’t have one personality in her clothing choices.
When Lindsay dresses like she does here, on the runway of the Mr. and Mrs. Smith premiere, I get confused.

This picture illustrates one of the biggest makeovers of Lindsay Lohan’s career and style. She became a singer. I’m feeling pretty loose with my terminology, here.
The teen star was able to show off bigger, bolder looks, as well as shorter, skimpier attire, once she made her music debut.
But here is young Lindsay looking very fresh, and I approve of this photo. Click for a larger version.

Lindsay Lohan has been writing to express her feelings about her recent family troubles. Lindsay Lohan writes? That’s a little hard to believe, having heard (a couple of) her songs. Just don’t tell me that Britney Spears reads, though, okay? I can’t take that much wheezing laughter.
Lohan’s rep spoke to People Magazine, “[When] some people write poetry or short stories, she writes lyrics.” What does the teen queen have to say? “It’s kind of her asking her father why he did this, with all this on her shoulders … she’s saying, ‘You say you loved us, why are you doing this to us?‘”
That sounds original.
“Lindsay’s song, described as a ‘rockish ballad,’ is expected to be released as a single within the next two months and a video shot for it in the next five weeks, the rep added.”
Music mogul Tommy Mottola also tells PEOPLE: “Lindsay is one of the most talented, creative and intuitive people I’ve ever met. Her visual ideas for this piece are absolutely incredible. I suggested that she direct this video because in addition to having complete knowledge of the medium, she has even a greater understanding of the material.”
While I will stand to point out that Lindsay is talented, I must say this: Understands the song she wrote? She wrote it, right? There is just no standard for “artists” these days.
To get serious, for a minute, the situation with her parent’s divorce is pretty bad.
Lindsay, whose parents’ bitter divorce trial is under way in Long Island, N.Y., has said that her father, Michael Lohan, never helped her career, though he now seeks half the earnings of his estranged wife Dina, who manages Lindsay.
Dina, 42, has claimed that Michael, 45, whom she married in 1985, was an abusive philanderer. Michael is currently in prison for crimes including driving while impaired.
