Perhaps Ashlee is getting tired of people telling her how much she looks like her sister. At a concert at the Dupage County Fair in Wheaton, Illinois last week, she unveiled a new reddish brown hair color.

Hopefully, older sister Jessica will keep that horrid red wig she’s been wearing lately tucked away to avoid any further confusion…

Here is a copy of the letter Lindsay Lohan received last week when she failed to show up to the set of her new movie ‘Georgia Rule’. You can click on it to enlarge it and read the contents. Lindsay was hospitalized briefly last week for being “overheated and dehydrated”, according to her representatives.

Dina Lohan, Lindsay’s mother, says James G. Robinson, the studio executive who penned the letter, was “way out of line” and added, “there is only so much a child can take”.

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock wed this past Saturday on a yacht in Saint-Tropez. The couple plan to marry a few more times in the U.S. later on this month.

As you can see from this photo, the dress code for the after ceremony celebration was….casual.

Rodrigo Santoro will be joining the third season’s cast of Lost this fall. We may not be too familiar with his work, but Rodrigo has starred in critically-acclaimed Brazilian film Carandiru and Behind the Sun (among others), and has picked up eight best-actor awards in the process.

Despite Rodrigo’s good looks, Lost’s co-creator Damon Lindelof has insisted that “[Rodrigo’s] certainly not interested in being the hunk in Lost, nor are we interested in writing that for him.” Darn. Still, there’s hope yet: Lindelof did admit that “The ladies like it when he takes his shirt off.” Ooh, now we’re getting somewhere.

Scarlett Johansson will be collaborating with Reebok on “Scarlett Hearts Rbk” which is a “fashion-forward, athletic-inspired footwear and apparel signature collection.” It’s a rather interesting match when we consider Johansson’s documented aversion to exercise. As Scarlett remarked about director Woody Allen, “He just really rarely requires that his actors go to the gym, which was a plus.” Yes, this certainly sounds like the voice of a Reebok representative to me.

Despite Johansson’s self-professed lack of athleticism, Reebok’s partnership change is for the best. Johansson will be focusing on feminine and flattering athletic gear, and heaven knows we need more of that. She stated “I’m basically designing clothes for my friends, and a lot of my friends are also regular girls with lovely curves and feminine figures.” The line will be released in 2007.

The famous black gown worn by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 classic Breakfast at Tiffany’s will be auctioned for charity in December, 2006, in London. The iconic dress is expected to fetch $130,000 according to estimates from Christie’s auction house.

The dress, designed by Givenchy and worn by Hepburn in the memorable opening scene of the film, is being auctioned on behalf of the City of Joy Aid charity which helps underprivileged children in India.

Audrey Hepburn earned an Oscar nomination for her portrayal of the free-spirited socialite Holly Golightly in the film.

Tara Reid was “‘jumping up and down, screaming’ […] when she got a call on her mobile phone that she had been cast in Senior Skip Day.” For an actress whose looks can swing ten years in the wrong direction, I’m not sure if Senior Skip Day exactly fits her. One thing it does fit, however, is her party-hard persona. Too bad she’s supposed to have outgrown it.

Tara was also recently informed that her role will not play opposite Robert De Niro as she had originally thought. I bet she’s disappointed, and so are we—we won’t be enjoying her career revival just yet.

There hasn’t even been time to break out the his and hers towels, and they’ve gone matching already! After marrying on July 15 in California, Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley look like they are enjoying their honeymoon in Portofino, Italy. But between the oversized sunglasses, hats, faded tees, and brightly printed lower halves, it’s almost hard to tell them apart. I bet they’re blending in quite well with the locals, too.

As Kim Cattrall had mused on the commercial recently yanked from New Zealand airwaves, “The new Nissan Tiida makes you feel really, really, really good inside.” What doesn’t make me feel good inside is the striking similarity between Cattrall’s dress and Mariah Carey’s recent dresses of choice, using bold solids, heavy stretch fabrics, and wide scoop necklines with simple straps. Cattrall can pull it off, but I’m still fighting ESPY flashbacks. On the plus side, love the shoes, Kim.
