Sooo many people are going for the babydoll (read: semi-shapeless ) dress that it’s basically destined for a few misses along with the hits. While Kelly Clarkson should have gone for something a little longer, Sophie Monk is working her minidress to the max.

What should you wear to make the most of your mini-slash-babydoll dress? Become friends with a pair of wedge heels, for one, and always wear your best undies to avoid a situation like this. I love this pair of shoes to wear with babydoll dresses this season:

Hmmm. While I am impressed with Brit’s abs and legs, her wardrobe obviously hasn’t gotten as much attention as her bod. Look at that shirt. Should we cut her some slack? I don’t want to!

Liv Tyler might still be talking about that darn baby weight, but when you work as hard as she did to get in shape, I can understand why. Liv told You magazine in the UK that:

‘I did a million different things,’ she says. ‘I would be on a strict protein diet and then a raw diet, and then I would do colonics and fasting. And I did Pilates, yoga and working out with my trainer.’

Does Daisy Fuentes look somewhat strange in this photo but (obviously) quite hot? I didn’t know you can look too perfect until I saw her photo here, taken at the First Annual Charity Benefit in Studio City. The more I look like it, the more she looks like a wax sculpture from Madame Tussaud’s or something. Regardless, I’m really hoping I start to age like this.

Jennifer Lopez was in LONDON dressed like this. She’s all business on top with her black trench coat, too–like you can dress down silver bell bottoms or something? I don’t care how much money you make, it doesn’t buy you the right to wear pants like these.

If you’re a Kirsten Dunst fan, then you probably loved her on the cover of W this month. She looks pale, ethereal, and even haunting. Others may find it just a little ironic that “Beauty Bonanza” is printed next to her face, um, if you know what I mean. Where do you stand on Kirsten Dunst’s cover look?

Even though (I have to admit) I’m not the greatest Kirsten fan, she did look good in her horizontal striped bodice. Gwen Stefani didn’t fare so well at the Pearl Concert Theatre in a hip-widening striped dress:

That long sleeve is a little disconcerting.

This skirt would add a hefty number of pounds to almost anyone’s hips, but that’s not my issue with it. The more I stare at it, the more I think about Michelle Kwan’s ice skating costumes from 1998 Winter Olympics. All Nicky needs is a pair of white ice skating boots. Creepy.

In terms of fit, though, Nicky’s top half of her dress does complement her shape. Satin may be unforgiving, but she’s doing her darndest to make it work.

EW. That headband-slash-bandanna is really, truly ugly. The color really makes it stand out, too, so my eyes are drawn upwards to that suspiciously balding region. Wait. Is Matthew wearing a wet suit on a treadmill? I’m confused.
