Jessica Alba was looking stunning while promoting Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in Europe, especially with that very light, understated makeup. I’d like to see her without leggings at some point, but I may need to wait for that a while longer. She seems, um, pretty attached to them. Hopefully she’s not going to be the same way with those shoes.

I LOVE Winona Ryder (who didn’t obsess about Heathers when they were 13, anyway?) but I have to admit her interview was less than inspiring in the most recent issue of Vogue. The quote that sums it all up:

Two months prior to that, I broke my arm in two places, and the doctor … was giving me a lot of stuff (Oxycodone, not to be confused with OxyContin), and I was taking it at first to get through the pain. And then there was this weird point when you don’t know if you are in pain but you’re taking it.

 Ew. The whole thing is just too darn yucky for me to handle: the ankle boots, the boob tube, the inner-tube like leggings, the bracelets. . .  I’m having a meltdown. Why can’t Hilary get a pair of leggings that fit her? Puzzled.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve learned a lot from my ex. Like what NOT to do, what NOT to say. . . oooh, how the list could go on. I think that Justin Timberlake’s mind has been clouded with all of Britney’s mistakes, though, because he’s committing a grand error–opening a restaurant in New York called “Southern Hospitality.” C’mon, now: didn’t we learn from Brit’s NYLA disaster?

I hope that this goes better for him, really. But if it doesn’t, there’s a big, fat told-you-so headed in his direction. . .

Hilary recently said that her sister has been keeping her in line about her weight:

“She [Haylie] said, ‘Why are you being so strict with yourself?’ It was like an awakening. I don’t want to be so skinny that people are like, Oh my god, she’s lost a lot of weight.”

What? Wasn’t everyone like just saying this about her? Methinks someone’s trying to deflect a little unwanted attention. Too bad she’s doing it wearing baggy leggings.

Charlotte Church has three months to go. Imagine how she going to look right before she’s due! Egads.

She may not be looking her best in this shot, but there’s a reason. According to the Daily Mail, boyfriend Gavin isn’t exactly on his best behavior. He’s been caught “kissing a shop girl.” The horror! Just kidding; I couldn’t resist–”shop girl”? Here’s more:

 

“Gavin is gutted that he got caught out, but Charlotte isn’t listening to any of his excuses. She is very angry at the moment and, when she found out, she flew into a rage.”

Gavin will probably be a better dad than a husband.
