Wedding Bells for Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley

According to People Magazine, Avril Lavigne married Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley on Saturday afternoon at a private estate in Montecito, California.
The non-denominational ceremony was held outdoors and the bride wore a Vera Wang gown and carried white roses.
Lavigne, 21, and Whibley, 26, have been together for two years, and became engaged in Venice, Italy, in June 2005.
Congratulations to the happy couple!

Because she LOVES him and they’re going to be together for absolutely ever. I do really wish them the best, but I seriously doubt it. They kind of remind me of Sid and Nancy.

One thing’s for sure–the music at the reception was GOD AWFUL.
Let’s pray that the taste gene is recessive and they’ve both got it. It’s the only way their children have a shot.

That’s all speaking musically, of course.
Aside from the music, I can get behind Avril’s whole thing of being the only young female pop star who doesn’t dress like a hooker. And her hair looked great in the wedding photos.
