How over is this look? I’m not even pissed that Avril’s wearing it, but I am very, very disappointed that she couldn’t have been more creative about being “daring.” She certainly has the resources. Did her punk-rock stylist approve this one or is she just too cool to ask anyone’s opinion? What a twit.
