Okay, I’m shocked. Is this really Britney? Is this some kind of prank? Britney may be back from her one-day stint at rehab, but it definitely didn’t treat her well. According to The Superficial, she shaved her head and then got a new tattoo of scarlet-red lips on Friday. Just when you think it can’t get any worse, well, it does–horribly!
