Britney Spears has hit the tabloids and every media outlet possible following, for sitting Sean Preston in a front-facing car seat. Supposedly, she was breaking a law, but California’s actual stance is that rear-facing car seats are only recommended until baby is one year old and over 20 lbs.

Sean Preston is over 20 lbs, but is only 8 months old.

So what, Britney’s a little clueless, which is bad, but this isn’t the scandal that it seems.

Yet there are other worries; some are concerned that Sean Preston may be exposed to sun damage in that open convertible.

My wonder is if the little baby’s strapped in well enough: look at the way he’s slumped down in his sleep. Is this the true violation?

   This is a horrifying picture on so many levels. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to reproduce.
