Mariah Carey / Christina Aguilera FEUD!

Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera are both slinging words at the other. Basically the two have accused each other of getting drunk and acting irresponsibly at parties. Read about it on People.com. The last of the cat fight ended with these words from Carey,
“It is sad yet predictable that she would use my name at this time to reinvent* past incidents for her promotional gain. It is in my heart to forgive and I will keep her in my prayers.”
Ouch! In my circle, “I will pray for you” is the worst insult!
Oh, yeah, but then Christina did attempt to apologize, “My intentions were not to upset Mariah with any statements that were published or taken out of context. I have all the respect in the world for her.”
[* I think that’s the wrong word, Miss Mariah]

I read the Christina Aguilera GQ interview and it was extremely distasteful of her to bring up Mariah Carey. First of all, she is such a Mariah Carey wannabe which she evens mentions that she tried to imitate Mariah’s Vision of Love song when she started out. By the way, me and everyone I know like Mariah’s voice better. Mariah is clearly the better person in this situation and even in a vote in US weekly “Who’s side are you on? ” Mariah had the majority (78%) of the vote. Christina is so trashy! And she will never have 17 number hits like Mariah and the best selling album of 2005. Not to mention the album is still selling strong almost 2 years after its debut. Sounds like a case of jealousy and sabotage. Christina, you are so pathetic! Mariah, you know that the haters ain’t nothing anyways!
