Recent American Idol winner has shed 22 lbs, going from 215 to 193. He did it with a diet change and running. No more fried chicken, instead chicken soup (good for the voice). He does however get a cheat day - with chocolate cake.

No, I’m not going to say that Britney Spears’s tummy has ballooned up to be actually the size of the average woman’s. Gasp, I just did. Anyway, I really want to be nice when I say that Brit—you shouldn’t wear bikinis right now. You’re still beautiful but also a new momma. You can lose the extra padding, for sure, so for now just respect yourself and understand … um … we don’t want to see your bits, your parts, your head, oh for god’s sake, we don’t want to see your bald head! We hardly want to see you at all right now, but that works out because it’s for the very same reasons you’re hiding away (no! don’t come out!) in rehab.

In similar news, TMZ reported Britney recently stripped down to her undies in a Bebe boutique, outside of the fitting rooms, to try on clothes.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted breezing out of L.A.’s Neil George Salon with a new look of copper-toned hair.

But what catches my eye a bit more than her "mature" tress shade (really, it looks like the dried-out hair of a 60 year old woman) is her carrot-orange look-a-like skin tone.

Either Li Lo skipped the actual CopperTone in recent "resorting" (all celebs "resort," right?) or she went in to that famous salon for more than just a hair shade brighten (her look of late was brunette). Eww. It’s not just her hair pigment looking old. I swear I can see girlfriend’s wrinkles already budding underneath the surface!

Now I know that we’ve made this joke before, but you know what Linds really reminded me of?

An Oompa-Loompa. No thanks, I don’t want any of the desserts she’s baking.

Unnecessary. I mean I’m hoping to be able to scrounge together a few for a plain old brow wax and possibly a trim this month. I do my own nails now, too, and I love what I do - but still nothing competes with that pampered feeling! Sigh.

I wish that you girls out there get to pamper yourselves a bit for your own Oscar party. Me? I’m working and studying. Don’t worry, I’ll be having my own fun!

I’d love to know what you guys think these spots are on Paris Hilton’s chest. Besides her terribly blended foundation, those marks are so strange. Are they the result of unfortunate bronzer application, some kind of burn, or Asian “cupping” marks from the spa? I’ve never seen cupping done on the chest, though. . . what do you think?
