Nicole Richie has gotten re-engaged to on-again Adam Goldstein (DJ AM), confirmed her father, Lionel Richie.

Yawwwwwwwwwwwwn.

…And somewhere nearby, Nicole Richie goes shopping too. She’s looking as skinny as ever but who cares? All I can say is: I want those patent Louboutins damnit!

Nicole Richie shops for food and bongos at an ethnic store in LA dressed in a salwar kameez and oversized sunglasses. Why? My guess is she was having a fat day and didn’t feel like leggings.

For her album, Nicole Richie is recording a song originally done by boy band LFO, “Dandelion.” (listen to the crappy song on iTunes.)

I still can’t believe Nicole’s trying to be a singer. Nicole Richie apparently does it all, smart-ass television comedy while wearing very little, she wrote a book (The Truth About Diamonds), and now she’s following Paris’s suit and is recording an album.

Paris didn’t write a book though, her dog did, but not Paris. How sad.

(All she wrote is the redone title of her video game, now “Diamond Quest.” Interesting.)

Much more interesting news, I did just learn that Nicole’s recording an album … a musical album. Wow.

You can blame Stella McCartney for Jessica Simpson’s saggy boobs. Although it’s not quite as saggy on the model. Possibly because the model’s boobs aren’t quite as big as Jessica’s.

Undoubtedly just a ploy to get people talking, Cosmopolitan Australia has banned Nicole Richie from their latest issue for being too skinny and seemingly promoting anorexia. Way to destroy the relationship between Cosmo (worldwide even?) and Nicole Richie forever.

Nicole Richie is the first of her peers to finally admit that she’s too skinny, and she’s seeking help.

“I know I’m too thin right now, so I wouldn’t want any young girl looking at me and saying, ‘That’s what I want to look like,’ ” Richie tells Vanity Fair in its June issue. “I do know that they will, which is another reason I really do need to do something about it. I’m not happy with the way I look right now.”

To help put some flesh on her bones, Richie has been eating more, like high-calorie foods, such as burritos. But in realizing that is not the healthiest way to go, she “started seeing a nutritionist and a doctor. I was scared that it could be something more serious.”

Doctors even think the starlet might have anorexia, and a psychiatrist will also help to moderate her.
