I think her daughter looks adorable. It’s possible that Lily is allowed to pick out her own clothes, in which case Kate shouldn’t be held responsible. In fact, she should be applauded for allowing her child to have some autonomy. But I still think Lily is a cutie.

I agree with Jenners… I think she looks adorable as well, though I’m not usually a big fan of dressing little girls in black.

Wow, my first thought when I saw the photo was how cute Lily looked. I think the skirt doesn’t look overly hippie because it is offset by the black top. And the black isn’t too serious because of the skirt. I like the fact that the skirt is long because too many people dress their little girls in short skirts and halters like they are mini Britneys.
