How do you rate Beyonce’s casual look?

I have something to admit: I’m jealous of anyone who can wear hats. I can’t. You’ll never see me in one, except when it’s freezing cold. They just don’t look right on me.
The fact that Beyonce can wear her hat to a Nets games where there will certainly be photographers makes me sooooo impressed. Any tips to pull off a hat like this? I’m all ears.
