The mystery woman appearing so cozy with K-Fed in recent photos has been identified as French actress Sandy Lakdar. If you wish you can click here to see her filmography on IMDB.
Although this does not answer the question as to whether K-Fed is a cheating bastard, at least now Britney knows whose kneecaps to break when she returns from her appearance on Will and Grace.
