Now that Kate Moss is safely back in London, the old Notting Hill posse is now reunited. A few days ago, Kate Moss received a police escort from her home to her car outside to avoid the paparazzi awaiting outside. She then met up with her bestest mate Sadie Frost whom went with her to pick up daughter from school. Aww.
